1. Agreement

Using PLAYDESIRE.ai means you accept these Terms. Pricing and campaign pages control those campaigns. Privacy is governed by the Privacy Policy.

2. Adults only

2.1 You must be at least 18, and old enough under the law where you are to view adult content (21 where that is required).
2.2 "I am 18 or older" is your statement, not a government ID check.
2.3 We may block regions by IP. The list may start empty. Evading a published block is a breach.
2.4 You warrant you are an adult, will not submit real-minor sexual content, and will not let a minor use your account.

3. Accounts

Browsing does not require an account. Generation, cloud saves, creating Agents, paying and referral rewards do (email and/or Google). You are responsible for the account. We may merge or close accounts used to dodge quotas, referrals or bans. Unverified email may not invite others or receive campaign DT.

4. What this phase includes

Included: image wall and Explore, themed albums, Agent-bound generation, text chat and basic memory, custom Agents (tier limits), collections, membership and DT, referrals, Contact, legal pages, multiple languages.

Not promised in this phase: sex-toy commerce, full games / Sex Chat, watch-ads-for-credits, public Agent moments or proactive hooks, voice calls, full novel scene editor, watermark-off unless you turn it on in settings.

Features may change for GPU, safety or legal reasons.

5. Generation

5.1 You must pick an Agent before generating. Outputs bind to that Agent.
5.2 We do not guarantee a look, pose, anatomy or first-try success. Stability and character consistency come before speed.
5.3 Non-members use the standard queue; members use the VIP queue. After about five minutes of wait we may automatically return 1-2 DT. That return is not promised on the waiting screen.
5.4 Each registered account has three lifetime standard images, not weekly, not for anonymous users.
5.5 Standard still: 6 DT (non-member), 5 DT (member). HD is extra. Members get three HD add-ons per month without the HD surcharge; after that the price page controls.
5.6 Safety refusal, machine shutdown and network errors are not a guaranteed render. DT charged for a job that did not complete are refunded or re-credited by the system.

6. Prohibited use

Fictional characters only. No real people. PLAYDESIRE.ai is for fictional, adult AI characters. You must not use the service to create sexual, nude or intimate imagery (including "undressing", face swaps and deepfakes) of any real, identifiable person, whether or not they are famous and whether or not you claim their consent. Do not name real people in prompts or Agent descriptions to imitate their likeness. We block or remove such content when we find it and treat it as a zero-tolerance breach below. To report content that depicts you or another real person, email support@playdesire.ai or use the Contact form with the topic "Content issue". We review reports promptly and remove violating content.

Official Agents also have their own "do not" lists. Using that Agent means you follow them. We may filter or delete without explaining jailbreaks.

7. Rights in content

7.1 You keep rights you already have in your inputs. You license us worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, to host, generate, scan for safety, show according to your privacy settings, and back up.
7.2 Models, official Agents, official albums, UI, marks and templates stay ours or our licensors'.
7.3 After you comply with these Terms and the DT or free quota is applied, you get a personal, non-exclusive right to keep and privately use the image and to keep creating from it in your account. If you publish it, you also license us to display and promote it on the service (with watermark or crop). Making it private later does not pull back every cache or third-party copy.
7.4 Similar outputs to other users are not, by themselves, proof of infringement.
7.5 You warrant you have the right to submit the input and that public posts do not infringe others.
7.6 Commercial use is not included in membership or DT prices. Resale, stock, ads: Contact us first.

8. Community

Like and save counts may be public. Local saves without login may disappear. This phase has no comments, follows, DMs or user-submitted public album review.

9. Membership, tokens, refunds

9.1 DT are an in-service unit, not money and not cash-redeemable except where law forces it.
9.2 Purchased DT generally do not expire. Membership grant DT expire at period end. Expiring grants are spent first.
9.3 Prices are those on the Billing page at purchase.
9.4 Subscriptions renew until you cancel before period end. After cancel you keep the period; we do not pro-rate by default.
9.5 No refund of successful membership or DT purchases except: law requires it; duplicate charge with no delivery; we cannot provide the core paid capability and offer no reasonable substitute. The 1-2 DT wait credit is operational, not a statutory refund.
9.6 Three valid referred sign-ups may grant the inviter 15 DT. Paid-referral bonuses follow the live campaign page. Same device / fingerprint / IP and self-invites do not count. No automatic cash share.
9.7 This phase may simulate payment. Simulated balances may reset or migrate when real payment launches; we will post that on the site.

10. Availability

GPUs start on demand. Instant output is not guaranteed. Agents are not real people and not medical or legal advice. The service is provided as is.

11. Liability cap

To the extent allowed: no liability for indirect loss, lost profit or lost data. Cap = what you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim; if you only used free features, USD 50 or local equivalent. Liability that law does not allow us to limit stays.

12. Indemnity

If your breach, infringement or prohibited content causes claims against us, you cover reasonable costs and losses.

13. Termination

You may stop. We may close accounts for section 6 with no unused-DT refund. Clauses that should survive, survive.

14. Disputes

Contact us first. Until a legal entity and forum are published on this page we do not name a court that does not exist. Mandatory consumer venues still apply where they must.

15. Misc

Failure to enforce is not a waiver. Entire agreement = these Terms + Privacy Policy + Cookie Policy + live price/campaign pages. English text controls over translations.
